Pangolin Associates relied on a business-critical web application that was experiencing a high volume of application errors, performance issues and unexpected crashes. Users frequently encountered broken functionality and interrupted sessions, creating frustration and reducing confidence in the platform.
The lack of visibility into application errors made troubleshooting difficult. Issues were often discovered after users reported them, and there was limited insight into which code changes were causing instability. As a result, the platform was operating with only 78% crash-free sessions and ongoing reliability concerns.
